Big Dipper Photo Contest Winners

Well, the first Big Dipper Photo Contest has come and gone and it was an astronomical success (get it?). We had some great photos submitted and the judging was pretty tough.
In the end there was a tie for first place: Greg Twig with his picture of his adorable daughter enjoying ice cream, and Steven Krutek with his impressive floating-the-river-with- Big-Dipper shot. (Regarding the latter, it took me awhile to figure out that the tubes actually make the Big Dipper. Genius.) 
Winners received a Big Dipper T-Shirt and a $25 certificate to the Dipper. Congratulations!
In the end, Charlie and Bryan from the Big Dipper decided that everyone who submitted a photo deserved to win something, so if you sent something in, free ice cream is coming your way. Way to go Big Dipper!
