Designing the New West
By New West Conferences, 7-17-08
NewWest.Net is all about fostering dialogue about the Rocky Mountain West, and especially, conversation about what we think of as “the big story” of the region: Growth and change.
One way we do that is through our conferences, which bring together people, from many sides of the issues, for robust discussions about the topics we cover here at NewWest.Net on a daily basis.
Our most recent conference, Designing the New West was a sold-out event held in Bozeman this spring. Above is a short highlight video from the conference put together by Anjin Herndon. You can buy the full DVD from the conference here and find out more about for our next conference, the 3rd annual Real Estate and Development in the Northern Rockies here.

Just sounds like a ploy to run up real estate prices to me.
Wait, I forgot Bozeman,Missoula, are all crashing right now.
There is no construction jobs, high tech(outsourced), manufacturing, tourism(ntl parks visits falling each year). We live in society where these places are losing their desirability. You cant make it hear unless you are wealthy. The generation y and z have no desire to do anything outdoors they have been duped by the internet and TV. The baby boomers had money when they were flopping real estate. The flopping is done forever, the word "spec house" is aword that does not exist, except in short sales and forclosures.
Good luck with your real estate CRASH forum. Paint a turd blue its still a turd.
The west has crashed for good. Just watch and see. The baby boomers are broke and the gen y and z will stay on the right and left coasts. Maybe the muslims will move out west. As for the next 10 years you real estate guys better start thinking of new gimmicks to sell the unsellable.
