Moonlight Basin: Cheap Ticket Friday
By Lucia Stewart, 12-04-07
As an early holiday gift and a way to enjoy the new 6-inches of wet snow, Moonlight Basin is offering $15 lift tickets for all Montana residents and college students on Friday, December 7th.
Save some money and spend it on a ski tune-up for the season. ’Tis the season. Just bring your Montana ID or college ID.
And let’s hope the weather holds true to getting below freezing again later this week as the current 50-degrees and high water content in the snow has caused the backcountry to have “High” avalanche warnings from the first Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center report of the season.
