About the project from Jeff Fox: "As a wilderness advocate and former Wilderness Ranger, I knew that the stories and faces of everyday wilderness users are among the most compelling arguments for wilderness protection, an argument perhaps too often lost in the boundary squabbles of ecology, mechanical recreation, and potential mineral development. So in the summer of 2007, I set out across the American West in search of the human side of wilderness. What I found is no surprise: Wilderness is (also) about regular people."

You have so many interesting fun things to be enjoyed at Redwood National Park such as biking, fishing, camping, hiking and backpacking, climbing, and most beautiful Nature watch. It has been on the top 10 National Parks for biking, and the top ten ancient forest of USA. The threatened and endangered species found in this forest are: Black bears, Sea stars, Bald eagles, brown pelican, Chinook salmon, coho salmon, marbled murrelet, northern spotted owl, sea lions, gray whales. Redwood's coastline is so beautiful that even without the park's forest giants and mountains, it alone would make a compelling case for national park status. Rugged, with stretches of steep, rocky cliff broken by rolling slopes, it is largely unaltered by humans. Summer and springs are the best time to visit the National Park and enjoy the crowd as well.
