Romney Suspending Campaign

CNN is reporting that Mitt Romney will suspend his presidential campaign today.
A suspension is defined differently by each political party. Republicans leave suspension rules to the state parties. Romney may or may not be eligible to re-enter the race at a later date, depending on each state’s rules.
Romney had won 270 delegates in the Super Tuesday caucuses and primaries, compared with John McCain’s 680. Romney picked up only 175 delegates on Super Tuesday, compared with at least 504 for McCain and 141 for former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, according to CNN estimates.
Romney is expected to announce his decision Thursday afternoon at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, three Republican sources told CNN.

"Surrender to terror"? Way to go out in style.
Before this he talked about the existential war against the Islamic caliphate.
None of his kids, all under 42 years of age and eligible for miltary service, have yet to take his warnings of the US being destroyed by the Islamic hordes seriously. Why should we?
It starts with not letting McCain get away with his revisionist history. McCain was saying the war was going awesome far into 2006 despite the reality on the ground. Then he stuck his finger in the wind and decided he wasn't a "stay the course" guy. Of course our media doesn't have the memory to call him on his fantasy, so it is up to us, the concerned citizens to alert the public to this charlatan.
Plus his hundred years war creates terrorists faster than we can kill them. Seems a pretty silly way to fight terrorism to me.
