Green Building Strategies & Design ideas - (THIS TOUR IS CURRENTLY FULL) Discover the elements that contribute to the Bozeman Public Library's Silver certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Learn how Montana State University School of Architecture is redesigning their home, Cheever Hall, to have Zero Emissions. Visit an adaptive reuse building site, as well as a creative green residence in the heart of Bozeman.
City Center Vitalization - (THIS TOUR IS CURRENTLY FULL) Take a walking tour of adaptive reuse buildings, innovative design elements and colorful in-fill projects, all in downtown Bozeman. Get a sneak peek into mixed-use Main Street buildings. Check out remaining historic details in newly remodeled commercial offices. Tour a city that is investing in downtown, the cultural core of the community.
Two visions in Subdivisions - (THIS TOUR IS CURRENTLY FULL) This tour will take a trip to two subdivisions. Valley West, an award-winning mixed-use residential development reminiscent of historic Bozeman neighborhoods with front porches, tree-lined streets and alley entrances, and includes 93 acres of open space, wetlands and a four-mile trail system. And Eagle Rock Reserve, a 774-acre rural subdivision with limited and selected residential sites, making almost 90 percent of the reserve a common easement area for the preservation of natural amenities, wildlife habitat and open space.
