Wow where do I begin. First I do the same thing when introducing my bandmates. I will be talking to someone and I'll say my guitar player this or my drummer this. I own them right? They don't have names do they? One rule of thumb we've always used on tour was you play what you eat. So if you have fast food before a show you play fast food(which means you forget parts and add extra onions when I asked for no onions you idiot) Now when you eat lets say a chicken fried steak smothered in homemade sausage gravy in the coolest Texas diner ever then you play amazing. It's like the gravy gives you super powers and all of the sudden your witty stage banter is the funnest it's ever been and your leg kicks are almost kung fu like. By the way I just listened to Volcano and I'm going to request it at your next show.

I want to know who the cat was stomping on your balls to hit the high notes on Volcano, Bob. That was . . . spectacular.

As for tequila, I don't know that I will ever venture near the stuff again. I had my first serious head-to-head with it Saturday and barely lived to tell the tale. One minute all was well, I was waxing poetic out in the front yard, and the next thing I know I'm waking up on the bathroom floor and all of the horrified guests were gone.
