The Troubadour is Alive and Well in Albuquerque
By Jim Phillips, 4-06-07
Magen White is a fine example of the troubadour spirit. Guitar in hand, she delivers her folky songs with a delicate, troubled voice. No frills, but lots of loveliness. And with a new recording on the streets, Magen is ready for action.
Check out her show on Tuesday, April 10, at The Blue Dragon Coffee Shop. You’ll be glad you did. Special treat this week: click here to listen to the as-yet-unreleased-tune, Being Alone is Underrated.
