A deposit of one (1) nights lodging is required within ten (10) days of making your hotel reservation, but no later than (30) days before arrival. Your depost is refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Cancellation made within fourteen (14) days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Conference rates and room are guaranteed until May 4th. After May 4th, rates are based on availability.

Travel: Big Sky is one hour south of Bozeman, Montana. Bozeman's Gallatin Field is served by United, Delta, Northwest, Horizon and Big Sky airlines. Shuttle service from the airport can be arranged on request.
