A wall of flame from the Black Cat fire races south towards the Hawthorne Springs subdivision east of Frenchtown on Thursday night. Three vacant mobile homes, a vacant home and several structures were lost Thursday night as high winds fueled a fast-moving run through open grass and pine stands.
