Bands, Fiddles & Sawhorse

Feeling back at home is always wonderful before making a trip somewhere. It tends to reflect to you the many little projects you have been negelicting. Now with a hard freeze already occuring thursday night..de garden is quite wilted. But as Saint Joseph was a carpenter he reminds me to tell ya find ya a yardstick an nail it to dat sawhorse. Ya can believe just how handy it can be.
O I mis de Mayoromos fiestas an de changing of ye care takers in de small missons of de west. The old time fiddle music just put the Holy Spirit right through dis cowboy, The Balies the food just wonderful.. but did ya know dat Old West notible Alexander Culbertson at Fort Union was a Fiddle player? Yes he was quite good, an got alot better when t'is Cousin Thaddus Culbertson gave him a 1864 fiddle book to play out of. Bet he wasnt playing "the Devil went down to Georgia looking for a soul to Steal"....hummm.

"The Quarrymen" an de "Yardbirds" will highlited tis evening Two good bands of past..With de "Tea Set", "Soft White Underbelly" and "Mammoth" be de "Headliners"..O boy... Who were these bands of past?
Well everyone knows de "Tea set" became Pink Floyd wit Pink Anderson an Floyd Council..an SWU well it twas Sandy Pearlman who said call it "Blue Oyster Cult"...De aliens are cumin to change the world of music.. Yeppers
Mammoth..well dey are "Van Halen" after Eddie an Alex two members of de group..Boy can dey ROCK..
De "Beatles" as an opening act.Nope maybe "the Quarrymen" who were gettin beat by Holly's Crickets..
Flooowed by K. Moon wanting to change de Yardbirds to Led Zeppelin!! a Good Move.. Can't wait to go dancin!!
