The Oscar-winner about gay Wyoming sheepherders, shot in Alberta, Canada, lands in a Chicago court.

The Associated Press is reporting that a lawsuit alleges a 12-year-old girl suffered psychological distress after viewing the movie in her 8th grade class last year.

In Dec. 2005, director Ang Lee held “Brokeback Mountain’s” Wyoming premiere in Jackson Hole before two sold-out audiences on a bitterly cold sub-zero evening.
