It’s All About Goat Cheese Quenelles-DUH!

Welcome to the Food Zood, will you be having the floppy burger, the old pizza or the "Montana-inspired Braised Lamb Shank With Big Sky Mushroom Ragout, Goat Cheese Quenelles and Emerald Basil Oil"?

In the most famous words of Wayne and Garth, "Ek-squeeze me, baking powder?" Turns out, according to a press release from UM, that a chef at the Food Zoo, Tom Siegel, won a state cooking contest, bringing home the bacon-that was no doucbt diced with chives and light cream sauce.

For those of you not familiar with the Food Zoo, or as it is more commonly know, the "feed trough", it is an all-you-can-eat mecca and not particularily reknowed for its excellence in food.

The press release ends stating, "A variation of Siegel’s winning dish – with lamb and mushrooms replaced by a seared seitan – will be incorporated into menus at The Food Zoo" begging the question, "By God Mr. van der Luyden, when WILL I get to taste the lamb shank and wild mushroom ragout. Yes, yes, pip, pip, just put it on the Griz Card".
