Being that Missoula is the seat of the "New West" one must consider that the Kingdom of Missoula extendes beyond the reaches of the city and valley there of. THe Kingdom of Missoula refers to a sphere of influence that roughtly encompasses the rocky mountains and, being such a divine region, the post would come with some authority such as instantaneous simeltaneous communication with all in the kingdom.
This may be technologically assisted, but would distinctly be regarded as an oracle to be strigiently adhered to on a personal level. May that kingdom reign till the dawn of man's fading.
