I knew Pastor Bill for years and being a former Corrections Officer and Police Officer I feel I could totally trust Bill with my kids, in which I have 5 including a 16 year old. He had not showed any form of inappropriate affection toward any of the children he was around, and always cared for his family and friends. Although he may have done something a long time ago that was inappropriate, which is STILL unproven, He does not deserve to go to jail now for something that SUPPPOSEDLY happened 16-23 years ago. The man has a beautiful family, and has proven himself to be a good and Godly man.
