Chairman Wayne Holland Jr. just made a great point about the voucher referendum petition while being interviewed by The Deseret News.Rob consistently does an awesome job over at Utah Amicus. The voucher trolls hate him and I am sure they will be on this in no time.
Their argument now is that when the citizens of Utah decide vouchers aren't for them that then the courts will get involved. Well wouldn't that be just proper?
When the Utah citizens decide DEMOCRATICALLY that they don't like this legislation should it still be implemented through the back door?
I am sure all the out of state money pushing vouchers on Utah could careless how it happens but I think as a Utah voter I would feel a little upset if that is indeed what happens, I hope the courts get involved to enforce what the we decide.
