Hall and Hall is looking for an entry level ranch broker to be permanently based in the Missoula, Montana office. The successful candidate for this position must be driven to compete in the marketplace and sell as a member of a team of brokers based throughout the Rocky Mountain region who pool and share all commissions earned and are 100% committed to the ranch brokerage business.

The candidate must have a good work ethic and a strong commitment to a high level of personal service and integrity. Previous real estate sales experience would be desirable. Knowledge of agriculture, land, hunting, fishing, natural resource conservation, the geography of western Montana and eastern Idaho and a demonstrated long term personal commitment to living and working in that area are important.
