Wanna write for New West? We’re looking for writers to help flesh out the Salt Lake City node. If you’re a resident of Salt Lake (or Park City, Ogden, Provo, St. George, or Tooele) and want to contribute stories on current events, politics, arts and entertainment, or simply mouth off about what is going on around you, hey—do it for us.

New West aims to be a community forum in which we discuss issues and events from every possible angle (left, right, smack in the middle) in hopes of developing truly informed opinions and painting an accurate picture of the city we like, love, hate or like/love to hate.

No experience necessary! You might be a student, a working stiff, a stay-at-home parent, a business owner or gadabout who likes to write—let’s hear what’s on your mind. There is room for you in all of the following areas--especially the ones adorned with this little thingy: *.
