Snowblogger

Chris Hansen

A geographically opportunistic fun-hog whose second-smartest decision ever was moving to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Like many in Jackson Hole, Chris served time as a ski tuner and carpenter before finding his way in this close-knit, dynamic community. After ten years and nearly as many jobs, he is currently the Publishing Director at Circumerro, a creative media agency based in Jackson, where he manages editorial for their print and online publications, bloggers for their various blogs, and marketing for their products and services.

He occasionally moonlights as a marketing consultant to select clients, helping them improve their Internet marketing and sustainable business practices. To that end, Chris recently started his own blog: MarketGreener.com.

A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Journalism, Chris has written for ski and snowboard magazines including Powder, Snowboarder, Transworld Snowboarding Business, SnowLife and Snowboarding Online.

Other hats he regularly wears include husband, father, skier, snowboarder, cyclist, angler, beer-drinker, haphazard homebrewer, traveler, reader, optimist, paddler, hiker, thinker, dog-lover, carpenter, ski/bike mechanic, domestic slave…the list goes on.
