About Us: Owner Tim O'Leary started the Kettlehouse in 1995 as a brew on premise (BOP). We have since evolved into a small microbrewery and neighborhood taproom. Tim received a B.S. in Physics (with a minor in skiing and beer) from Montana State University, and got his start homebrewing in Boulder, CO. The entrepreneurial spirit (i.e. youthful exuberance (i.e. lack of focus)) drove him home to MT to start Montana's only BOP.
