Jeff Hull, a New West contributor, Nine-Mile Valley resident and veteran magazine writer, will be reading from his new novel, "Pale Morning Done," at Fact & Fiction tonight at 7:00. The novel, Hull's first, is set in Missoula and the surrounding area, and though I have not read it yet, its themes include some local favorites -- fly-fishing and environmental politics and conflcits between locals and rich out-of-towners. (Check out the mostly favorable reviews in the Independent and the Billings Outpost.) We wish Jeff the best in the hugely challenging fiction writing game.
