Belly Up to The Big Sky Buffet

NewWest.Net and Montana blogger Dave Budge are teaming up to bring you The Big Sky Buffet, a smorgasbord of recipes, restaurants, equipment, eating anecdotes and tricks and tips on how to prepare food.

Here’s how it will work: Dave has created a new blog for the foodie community called The Spoon, and NewWest.Net is going to publish its tastiest morsels every two weeks.

As Dave writes on his site, The Spoon is not intended to be a repository of gourmet eating—although that’s appreciated too—but, rather, eating anything that is delicious. Dave welcomes ideas for the most basic foods, such as perfect and unique hamburgers, to the exotic.

Here’s the deal du jour: The Spoon wants you to contribute. So visit The Spoon, send in your Montana culinary know-how, and look for The Big Sky Buffet to heat up on NewWest.Net in the next couple weeks. Our bellies are already growling.
