Your Missoula place for my LA studio
By Greg Cohn, Unfiltered 2-09-05
Frequent visitor to Missoula (and New West team member) will swap cool, loft-like studio apartment in trendy Silverlake area of Los Angeles for your place in or near Missoula or Lolo. Dates flexible, up to about a week at a time.
Studio is in a nice residential area in walking distance to Griffith Park, nearby coffee shops, etc., with easy access to multiple freeways. Hollywood is a 12-min drive away.
The apartment itself is about 20 x 20, brand new renovation, with all the usual fixtures and an exterior deck under a big palm tree.
For the right trade, I'd consider including use of my vintage VW convertible.
