Edra Blixseth, ex-wife of Tim Blixseth and former owner of the Yellowstone Club, is at the center of a criminal investigation, according to a report filed last night by the Associated Press.
In it, Edra Blixseth denies wrongdoing in the probe regarding several multimillion-dollar loans she either took out or guaranteed during the time of her divorce. In documents, it’s alleged she underreported her assets. No charges have been filed. According to the AP:
Court records show she claimed to be worth $782 million at the time of another loan, for $950,000. Within months, she filed for personal bankruptcy owing creditors at least $157 million.
She said in an interview that she did nothing wrong, and that the funds she borrowed were meant to serve only as bridge loans. She hoped to use that money, she said, to leverage even larger sums that would help put the club back in the black.
“Have I done things to scramble and survive? Yes. But nothing based on fraudulent information,” she said. “I’ve been accused of not telling people I was in tight cash flow. But as Tim used to say, if you don’t know who I am, Google me. Everything is out there.”
Information about the investigation involving Edra Blixseth was initially disclosed by her ex-husband. According to the report, text messages in which he calls her “the center of evil” and informs her “you and your gang are going to jail” have been entered as evidence by the trustee for Edra Blixseth’s estate.
Her former bookkeeper has also been questioned by the FBI and her former office manager has hired a prominent Montana criminal defense attorney, the AP reported.

Mrs. Artful Dodger blaming Mr. Artful Dodger. How quaint!
Winter must be coming on. Squirrels are cleaning up the sunflowers, the nuts are beginning to fall, and oooh, that was a bad pun!!!!!
But I just love that Blixeth Outfit. The funny papers of the New West.
Sam Byrne is is called in public filings a fraud expert, judge k is now accused of being involved with a governor to make sure Edra escapes justice and Edra Blixseth is facing FBI criminal charges. Let's see, I said the loan from sam Byrne was fraudulent, credit Suisse was paid off and who would have thought we have a judge now called into question by Tim Blixseth. Motana justice with Boston money! One onlynmust look to Ron burkle as a link to senators and the governor to see how this has played out. Ron burkle, the billionaire from California with democratic connections and ties to the judge and sam Byrne is starting to unfold. Some one should look into the judge, the governor and Ron burkle with employees in Ron Burkle's company to CrossHarbor capital a certain governor and the judge and his family. Sure hope Edra and the FBI figure this out. One can only imagine the judge and Ron burkle who recently invested 35m into the club is going to play out. Rumor also has it Gary dilsivestri and jon amsden who is the lawyer for YCW filed a false claim for 1.5m to commit bankruptcy fraud on a false claim are being questioned. One should look into this as John Asmden is profiting from greed and should be the lawyer for YCW bankruptcy trustee. YCW members should be up in arms. The truth is yet to be seen 2 years later. I stay tuned
Blixseth is a founder of Montana's ultra-exclusive Yellowstone Club. He made the claim against U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ralph Kirscher in a proposed motion introduced in an appeal of one of the judge's rulings.
It includes assertions that Kirscher may have hampered a criminal investigation into Blixseth's ex-wife, and that Blixseth was denied his rights of due process.
You haven't been right on anything yet have you? Still trying I see. Good luck and keep at it. You'll get something right eventually.
So far Tim has blamed (or rather used as a smokescreen) Edra, Sam Byrne, Credit Suisse, ISR and now even the Judge. Seems like the whole world conspired to give Tim millions to spend on his vast wine cellars on his Turks island.
Tim can't even hold together a single conspiracy theory...typical charlatan that he is.
Run rabbit run...
Blockhead is either Tim or Beau. Beau I told you many months ago
to distance yourself from daddy. Tim how did your land swap work out? Money grubbing lawyers cause a lot of the problems we have. Take ,for instance, malpractice suits where they reap millions and drive the cost of insurance up. Their lobby is very powerful and that power needs to be cut of at the knees. This country would be a better place if we all lived by the golden rule! Thanks Jonathan!
